With deep expertise in real estate development, construction management, and business strategy, the MD drives the company’s growth agenda and ensures all projects—such as The Bunyan-Shafa Estate Development—are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

The MD oversees corporate governance, investor relations, business development, and operational performance. By working closely with department heads, partners, and regulatory bodies, the MD ensures that Abzetal Properties maintains a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and value creation within Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The Head, Finance & Corporate Services oversees all financial operations including budgeting, accounting, treasury management, cost control, and statutory compliance. This role ensures transparency and accuracy in financial reporting, supports investment decisions, and maintains strong relationships with financial institutions and regulatory agencies.

Additionally, the position supervises administrative functions, internal controls, HR coordination, and policy implementation to support organizational efficiency.

The Head plays a critical role in ensuring Abzetal Properties remains financially stable and well-positioned for long-term growth while maintaining full compliance with Nigerian tax, audit, and corporate governance requirements.

The Head, Real Estate Development & Planning is responsible for conceptualizing new estate developments, conducting market and feasibility analyses, securing approvals, and ensuring alignment between design vision and project strategy.

This role coordinates the master-planning of estates, infrastructure layouts, unit mixes, sustainability strategies, and energy-efficiency features—core elements seen in projects such as Valley 1 & 2 - Admiralty Estate.

Working with architects, planners, and financial analysts, the Head ensures each development is economically viable, environmentally efficient, and strategically positioned to meet market demands within Abuja’s competitive real estate landscape.

The Head, Projects & Technical Services leads the end-to-end management of construction activities, ensuring all developments meet design specifications, regulatory standards, and project timelines. This role guides the technical teams responsible for engineering, site supervision, quality control, design coordination, and infrastructure delivery.

The Manager ensures seamless execution of multi-phase residential projects, implementing cost-efficient, energy-optimized, and safety-driven construction systems aligned with Abzetal’s development philosophy. Through strong collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors, the Manager ensures every unit delivered reflects world-class craftsmanship and long-term structural integrity.

The Head of Sales, Marketing & Client Relations leads all go-to-market activities for Abzetal’s housing developments. This role manages sales pipelines, digital marketing campaigns, brand positioning, customer engagement, and investor-driven communications.

By developing targeted marketing strategies and building strong customer relationships, the Head ensures full sales cycle efficiency—from inquiries and site tours to purchase documentation and after-sales support.

The role also helps strengthen Abzetal Properties’ market presence, ensuring every development is positioned as a premium, sustainable, and well-engineered living community.

The Head, Procurement & Supply Chain Management oversees the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of materials, equipment, and services required for ongoing and upcoming estate projects.

This role ensures transparent vendor management practices, timely delivery of construction inputs, and strict compliance with quality standards. Through cost-control strategies and digital workflow tools—including ERP-driven procurement automation—the Head supports project efficiency and safeguards budget performance.

By coordinating closely with site engineers, warehouse teams, and contractors, the Head guarantees uninterrupted project execution and long-term supplier partnerships.
